Essential Skills:
  • Expertise in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Employee Engagement.
  • Demonstrated experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Robust understanding of local labour laws and regulations.
Detailed Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Collaborate with the corporate HR team to oversee the entire recruitment process, encompassing sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Manage and execute employee onboarding activities to facilitate a seamless integration into the organization.
Employee Relations:
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.
Performance Management:
  • Assist the corporate HR team in the performance management process, covering goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Contribute to the identification of training and development needs.
HR Policies and Compliance:
  • Ensure adherence to local labour laws and company policies.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies.
HR Data Management:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Employee Engagement:
  • Implement initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and nurturing a positive work environment.
Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs within the organization.
  • Maintain and ensure the implementation of an annual learning calendar.




Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Master of Business Administration
Skills and Competencies:
  • Demonstrated expertise in human resources or a closely related field.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of local labour laws and regulations.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
